All orders are shipped first class with a few exceptions. Most shipping within the USA takes 2-3 days and international shipping varies.

Body butters are non refundable if they melt during transport. You can place in a cold area and it will solidify. Body butters will be available to purchase in October.

Once your order is processed you should receive a tracking number within 24 hours. Once your package is dropped off at the post office I will no longer have control on your package. If in the event your package says delivered and you did not receive it. please contact your local post office, I am not responsible for packages being delivered or mishandled. Please understand I am a small business and can not accept responsibility for USPS.
